How can we lay claim to be the progeny of the Founding Fathers who argued that we each have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness if we condone torture?
Call both of your Senators and let them know that you oppose torture and those who would facilitate torture as being fundamentally opposed to the principles upon which this great nation was founded.
Abraham Lincoln wisely pointed out that this our's is a government of the people, by the people and for the people. So, let your Senators know that you demand better of your representative government.

You do understand that most of the founding fathers owned SLAVES, don't you? Do you think they were torured in some form or fashion?
I agree that Islamofascist-terrorists should not be tortured, they should be killed.
