Well, neither of us ever bought into the idea that Kerry was the most electable Democrat in the Primary race.
I don't understand why so few Democrats were able to see thru Karl Rove's obvious reverse psychology when he was "overheard" to say that Dean was the one that the Bush campaign wanted to face in the general election. Dean was the one that they least wanted to face.
Kevin, I still remember your excitement over Dean when I first talked to you after my absense from the internet. You had me pretty much ready to vote for him. His state record was one that made me consider him seriously. In that, he had Bush trumped.
I disagree, i think Bush would have had an even easier time of beating Dean than Kerry. Especially since the media gave Kerry such a free ride through out the election cycle.
Why were we not allowed to see Kerry's service history?
Why were we not allowed to see the Kerry's tax returns in full?
Why was Kerry's senate record not dicussed?
Why was Kerry's flip flops not disected during the campaign by the media?
I could go on and on...
Dean was a fool who imploded by no ones fault but his own.
